ODDA HOTEL, in the center of history, has been launched in July 2011, Beyoğlu, one of the most beautiful quarters of Istanbul, by Ekamim Architecture Construction and Tourism Company of which Emre Aşık is a partner. ODDA HOTEL presents a blend of pleasures with its understanding of decoration compatible with historical texture, its central location and professional services besides being a comfortable hotel.History of ODDA HOTEL: Six-storeyed building located in Balo Street, Beyoğlu, was built in 1893 by Petros Adamandidis, the Armenian architect of the westernizing Istanbul. Petros Adamandidis was a select architect/master of his era. He built Halim Paşa Residence in Yeniköy and restored the Spice Bazaar which was damaged at that time during the earthquake. Adamandidis Family that was living in the building continued using it as a residence until the beginning of 2000s. The building was restored by Ekamim Architecture Office in 2011 and became a hotel.
