Designed by Robert Adam over 200 years ago, The George Hotel today continues to charm visitors. Its outside facade is a listed building and inside many of the original architectural details have been retained, whilst undergoing extensive refurbishment. The lobby and public areas have been carefully restored and upgraded to provide a warmth and comfort reminiscent of a bygone era.All of the hotel's 195 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites provide the guests with an atmosphere of sheer comfort and hospitality, two qualities which we are particularly proud of in Scotland.
