The hotel is surrounded by pine trees. The lobby is decorated in Earth tones and blues, with light-tile floor and natural wood, featuring a stone fireplace surrounded by bookshelves. Guests can dine at the in-house restaurant in casual surroundings.* Sheraton Broadway Plantation, Myrtle Beach In the spirit of maintaining a quality Resort for guests, updates and enhancements are made to the property on a regular basis. A large and necessary project has been slated for October 19, 2014 through January 31, 2015, namely the replacement of roofs on all 22 buildings that make up the Resort. Work will take place on unoccupied buildings and will be fenced off from guest access; there will be some noise from nail guns as well as dust and debris associated with this work, but contained within the fenced area. There will be dumpsters and equipment such as trucks and high reaches moving around the property during the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. The on-property operations team has plans in place to mitigate any guest inconvenience, and amenities will remain open during the work period
